


Business Challenge: Communicating regularly with an employee base of 38,000 in 30 locations speaking more than 42 languages was a challenge. Complicating matters was the fact that 85% did not have access to computers or traditional electronic media.
The Solution:
An integrated employee communications outreach program was created which included hard copy newsletters issued along with pay stubs, brochures, HR materials, news articles designed as posters displayed in break rooms and regular videos to send communications rapidly to all employees globally.
